Residents are responsible for keeping their sites clean and free of trash, leaves, and eyesores. Raking and disposing of leaves is required.

Park rules & policies
All rules are strictly enforced. These are the posted park rules for residents and guests. Search or filter below to find a specific rule—when in doubt, ask the office before your stay.
Visitors
Residents are responsible for their visitors. Overnight visitors must be registered with the office in advance. Visitor fees vary by situation—contact the office for current requirements and approval before guests stay overnight.
Pets
Immediate cleanup is required. Pets may not soil other lots or car tires. Dogs and cats must be on a leash under six feet. Pets may not be left unattended outside if barking. There is a two-pet limit per lot.
Pool
Outside guests who are not staying at the park must sign in and pay $5 per person for guests who are not staying at the park at the office before entering. After hours, a sign-in clipboard is located on the pool gate. Security cameras are active. Pool rules are posted at the site.

The speed limit is 5 MPH through the entire park and is strictly enforced.
Critical safety rule: Driving and parking
Do not drive through or park in unoccupied spaces. Do not walk through occupied sites.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available for all residents. Users must clean up and return furniture to its original place.
Critical safety rule: Hookups
Residents must use only their own electric pedestal and water spigot. Sewer hoses must be off the ground and sloped at one-quarter inch per foot. No hoses on the ground, kinks, or drips (per city ordinance).
Dumpsters
Dumpsters are for registered guests only. Furniture and appliances are not allowed.
Quiet time
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Ground stakes
Do not drive stakes into the ground without management approval.
Structures and awnings
Structures and awnings must be pre-approved by management.
Critical safety rule: Conduct
Management reserves the right to reject service. Disorderly conduct results in immediate eviction without a refund.
Liability
Management is not responsible for accidents, loss of property, or injuries.
Additional policies
- Standard occupancy includes one RV, two adults, and two vehicles. Boats, slide-in campers, storage trailers, and motorcycles all count as vehicles.
- Rates are non-transferable and non-refundable. All spaces must be paid for in advance.
- All extra persons must be registered at the office.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM Arizona Time.
- RVs must be 2012 or newer unless management approves an exception after reviewing photos.
- All rates and regulations are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes are included in the totals shown. Confirm current rates and availability with the office when you book.
