Full hookups, level pads & room to maneuver
Full hookups at each site, including 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. Spacious pull-through and back-in options with level pads help make setup straightforward—whether you're here for a weekend or the season.
Cable TV is available at select sites—not every site includes cable. Ask the office about availability when you reserve.
RVs must be 2012 or newer unless management approves an exception after reviewing photos.
Heated pool, laundry, showers & recreation hall
A heated swimming pool, coin laundry, clean restrooms with hot showers, and a recreation hall for gatherings. Paved interior roads and trash service make day-to-day life here a little easier. Pool rules and guest fees are posted on site and listed in our park rules.
Beer, ice & everyday supplies
Our convenience store carries beer, ice, snacks, beverages, and basic RV and road supplies. Ask the office for current store hours.
River, desert & Laughlin just minutes away
Desert views and designated dog walk areas on site. The Colorado River, beaches, and BLM lands are a short drive away; Laughlin's casinos and entertainment are just across the river when you want a night out.
Welcoming neighbors & responsible pet etiquette
Well-behaved pets are welcome—up to two per lot. Keep dogs leashed (under six feet), clean up immediately, and observe quiet hours so neighbors can relax. See our park rules for full pet policies.
